Concave And Mantle For Cone Crusher

Concave and Mantle (crushing cone) are the working surface of a cone crusher, with the help of which hard metals are crushed. There are two cones on the crusher - movable and fixed. The movable (inner) cone is attached to the head of the shaft, and the fixed (outer) cone is attached to the frame. The wear resistance of the cones depends on the manganese content. In many models of cone crushers, it is required to fill the cavities between the cone body and adjacent surfaces with a potting compound. When choosing a low-quality potting compound, it may harden poorly, and the operation of the crusher will be disrupted.
